This relates to conditions that influence the validity of calculation rules for steel piping. I could not imagine that wheather of march is meant. But if not, what else?

Kluwer polytechnisch handwoordenboek, spring: kromtrekken. Ik kan me voorstellen dat het gedrag van metalen pijpen bij koude en warme omgeving verschilt, aangezien metaal erg warmtegevoelig is. 'Lente' lijkt me niet goed, omdat dit een wat vage parameter is om een rekensom mee te maken.
