Bij advocatenkantoren e.d. heeft men het vaak over praktijkgebieden of praktijkdisciplines.
Hier gaat het zo te zien om HR-/recruitmentadviseurs. Normaliter zou ik daarbij denken aan zoiets als kennisgebieden/kennisvelden/kennisdomeinen of expertisegebieden/expertisevelden/expertisedomeinen. In deze specifieke zin zou ik het echter gewoon als volgt oplossen:(...) door gebruik te maken van hun kennis en ervaring op de volgende terreinen (...).
Of iets van soortgelijke strekking :-).

@Harris: dat lijkt me ook geen verkeerde keuze. Het hangt er natuurlijk wel een beetje vanaf hoe je de rest van de zin vertaalt.
