neutral  sindy cremer: Is het nét niet: in NL spreken we niet van 'order' in dit verband; en het is inderdaad een 'uitdrukkelijk bevel', maar we spreken dan van een gerechtelijk bevel of rechterlijke beschikking.

neutral  sindy cremer: Eens met gerechtelijk bevel en injunctie; niet met dwangbevel: dat komt niet bij de rechter vandaan maar wordt uitgevaardigd door de overheid. FDA moet ook naar de rechter voor een injunction ( http://goo.gl/T3JhB ).
