"Marina" offers docking and mooring
facilities, as well as permanent *slips*. We have
the boat *slips* (250 moorings and 50 places at the
shore ) equipped with water, electric and
telephone (soon).

Explanation:
In de jachthaven zijn zowel aanleg- en afmeerplaatsen als vaste ligplaatsen beschikbaar.
Aan de ligplaatsen (250 meerplaatsen aan steigers en 50 ligplaatsen aan de kaai) zijn water, elektriciteit en binnenkort ook telefoon beschikbaar.

Dit is wat ik ervan maak.
ofwel bedoelen ze met 'at the shore' echt op de kaai, dat er dus plaats is voor 50 boten uit het water

Verschil tss docking & mooring: zie site

Ik weet niet of er vaste Nederlandse werkwoorden zijn voor moor, dock en slip.
