"Condominium" is a legal term used in the United States and in most provinces of Canada. In Australia, New Zealand, and the Canadian province of British Columbia, it is referred to as "strata title". In Quebec, the term "divided co-property" (French: copropriété divise) is used, although the colloquial name remains "condominium".

Het biedt privéappartementen aan. De condo wijst erop dat de appartementen/suites privébezit zijn, lijkt mij, maar ik weet niet zeker of dat zo genoemd wordt noch of het belangrijk is.
