If you have Ferdowsi, Arabic Style, or Fantezy fonts the "he" will appear like the v-shape in your example. This style of writing is more common in handwriting for a medial "he". This style ها which is the plural marker in Persian as in رستورانها is more standard for printing.

The V-shaped and knot are the same letter, and these is no difference in the meaning. it is only the fonts that is different. If you try the text with different Arabic/Persian fonts, you will find the one you prefer.

I only have one problem with your version of the plural. The letter before the last ﺎ letter is not the same, as in my link's graphics. The one in my link is a V-shaped form, while yours is a knot or a ribbon/stash. So where can I find the correct V-shaped letter? Is the reason, why I couldn't find it in my Arabic fonts, that I need to get a Persian font? Is this a Persian-only letter, which doesn't exist in Arabic?
