Both the British legal consultant and the Persian speaking lawyer based in Tehran emphasized that the following names MUST be transliterated, not translated: 1) Queen's Bench 2) Chancery These court of England and Wales has 3 divisions including the above mentioned names. Some translators prefer to use "دادگاه ملکه" and "دادگاه انصاف" for these courts which is not legally acceptable. |

In addition, in the Royal Courts of Justice in London, there are six judges referred to as Chancery Masters (one of whom is the Chief Master) and five judges referred to as Bankruptcy Registrars (one of whom is the Chief Registrar). In District Registries, the work done by Masters in London is done by District Judges. Deputies sit on a regular basis for both Judges and Masters.
