urisheaths
مجرای/لوله اتصال به کیسه ادرار

Explanation:
A urisheath is a soft, flexible sleeve that fits onto yourpenis. When you urinate, the urine is funnelled througha tube to a bag, which safely stores the urine until youare ready to empty it into a toilet.

It differs from سوند ادراری, which is urinary catheter.

Urisheath isn't inserted inside the bladder! You can google its images.

Dear Azadeh, unfortunately the pictures of the link wasn't properly shown. Anyway, wherever I read about سوند or catheter, I realized that it is inserted inside the body. And even if there's an external kind of it, it's like a tube, isn't it? However, urisheath is not a tube. Please compare googling سوند or catheter and urisheath:

Do you think it is okay if we translate it that much long?! And you want to repeat that long phrase whenever you encounter with this word? At least I suggest you to use something like سوندهای ادراری از نوع خارجی. It's your choice, though! Good luck.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hi Ahmad, Thank you for your answer, please see http://dystrophy.persianblog.ir/post/162, I think this is a kind of catheter, what is your suggestion?

Asker: Thank you Ahmad, but I think it is better to say: سوندهای ادرار مخصوص آقایان (در خارج از مجرای ادرار قرار می گیرد)

Asker: Thanks a lot!

agree  Edward Plaisance Jr: سوند strictly speaking, is used internally, however these "urisheaths" are also advertised as "external male catheters" http://www.amazon.com/Coloplast-Urisheath-Self-sealing-Exter... and also "condom catheters"
