Explanation:
As you search the term for pictures you will see some pictures of copper wires. In the workshop I was working for we used to sell different coppers such as copper scrap براده مس, stripped copper wire, burnt copper wire, dated copper-made kitchen utensils, etc.. each at a different price.
Millberry seems to be a kind of stripped copper wire and this is definitly different from burned copper wire, because when a copper wire is burnt it's quality will be decreased.
Furthermore translating as ضایعات مس is not sufficiently to the point, because it covers a wider semantic range and it will encompass any kind of copper or copper-made object (for instance dated copper-made kitchen utensils, wires, and many other objects made from this).
So if I'm right regarding the Millberry, it's better to use expansion to keep the distinction.
