Company Strategy Storyboard Launching Soon

The 2011 company Strategy Storyboard will be launched to all employees with effect from Tuesday April 26, and conclude at the end of June. All employees are expected to attend a storyboard session, which will be facilitated by a senior manager. Multiple sessions will be organised over a 10 week period, giving all employees ample opportunity to join one of the sessions. The one hour storyboard discussions have been designed to provide a fuller understanding of the company strategy and its key components. In so doing, the intent is to enable employees to relate their work and contributions to the success of the business.

The storyboard sessions will be held in small groups and will be highly interactive. As part of our effort to continually improve the way in which we engage and communicate with employees your feedback following the storyboard sessions is encouraged
