English to Finnish translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Engineering (general)
English term or phrase: washdown
Context:

If you prefer not to use Chlorine based cleaners on the unit, use hot water or cover machine up during “washdowns”.

Apparently 'washdown' here means approximately the same that I have seen to be used with ships: water (and supposedly some detergent) is sprayed from many nozzles all over the ship.

How this 'washdown' should be called in Finnish? 'Tilapesu(järjestelmä)' for instance does not google.
