I am shipping a Fiat 126p through Zeebrugge to the US. It is not exactly your typical SUV, so I am doing my best to assure its new transmission is not damaged, by including a note of warning inside the car to anyone who has to drive it to move it in transit.

I would like it ultimately in English, Polish, Flemish and French. Maybe German, I'm not sure. Since they move these cars very quickly. the note must be as brief yet easily understandable at a quick glance as possible.

If the translation is evem shorter than English - perfect.

A few words of clarification, since the English is also abbreviated.

"RISK OF SEVERE DAMAGE." = Warning to catch attention.

"No synchro!" = No synchromesh or synchronizers are present (to prevent the gear from grinding).

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR SUGGESTIONS.

PERFECT!!! I even used it as a model for the German.

My thanks to Mr. Peelen as well for the excellent explanation. Both answers were helpful, but I have to choose one for points and this one fit the pattern a bit better.

The car is now on its way from Gdynia to Zeebrugge, so hopefully your excelltn help will save my newly-installed transmission. :)

THANK YOU BOTH.

Respectfully,

Jed D.

ERNSTIG SCHADERISICO. Geen synchro!. Stop de auto GEHEEL vóór u hem in achteruit of eerste versnelling zet.

Probably shorter. Actually "risk of severe damage" is translated as "severe risk of damage", because it's shorter. Has the same attention effect, however.
1st and reverse have changed places, to not forget reverse
