echtscheidingsovereenkomst Explanation: Het is inderdaad een overeenkomst tussen beide partijen (ex-echtgenoten) maar "echtscheiding door onderlinge toestemming" is volgens mij toch nog iets anders. De echtscheidingsovereenkomst is gewoon de overeenkomst die tot stand komt, hetzij in een echtscheiding door onderlinge toestemming, hetzij na een procedure voor de Rechtbank, waarin bv. bepaald wordt wie het hoederecht heeft, wie onderhoudsgeld moet betalen en hoeveel ...enz. Marital slaat hier op de huwelijksgemeenschap. Dus echtscheidingsovereenkomst is de beste vertaling meen ik. |
