Workforce doesn't translate 'well' in Dutch or Flemish.
In general, it translates as 'arbeidskrachten', while usually '(het) voltallige personeel' or 'het voltallige personeelsbestand'(all people working at company xxx) is meant as opposed to e.g. labour force (manual work > only labourers).
