I am not sure about the name of this type of coupling in French.

There is no real context, since I came across this segment in a catalog of new devices for cars and other vehicles. I think the result will somehow reads as follows:

"ballmount for [vehicle type]"

I was thinking about "support à rotule", but I am not so sure.
