Hi there,

I am translating a distribution agreement.

Here comes this sentence (in a Schedule about products):

"COMPANY is entitled to 20 % free of charge products on all XXX TM valves purchased at the Net Price".

Is this a very strangely written sentence to just say:

"COMPANY is sentitled to a reduction of 20 % on the XXX tm Valves purchased at the Net price?"

Oui, en effet c'est étrange, j'en conviens.. Peut-être ont-ils voulu dire 20 % de produits gratuits sur la totalité des valves XXTM achetées au prix net..
