peer agreement (net): +1dispositions relatives à l'infraction / aux infractions Explanation: Comme je l'écrivais à Gilou je viens de téléphoner au Service juridique du Casier judiciaire national à Nantes en France, et mon interlocuteur vient de me donner cette réponse, il dispose d'un glossaire interne anglais - français - anglais Ce terme "dispositions" ne concerne pas que les références à un texte de loi mais aussi ce que je voulais dire par "(procédure de) traitement de l'infraction" Par rapport à cet expert du Casier judiciaire national je ne peux pas être plus royaliste que le roi. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 heures (2013-05-07 14:13:43 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Peut-être qu'un citoyen lambda n'aurait pas vu son appel transféré vers le Service juridique mais quand j'ai dit à la standardiste que j'étais expert près une Cour d'Appel, donc auxiliaire de Justice en France, cette remarque m'a servi de Sésame. |
