Je propose cette réponse pour éclairer le sens de l'original comme certains l'ont fait dans le discussion box.
Le président et son équipe avons fait en sorte que XXXX soit évalué par l'équipe d'examinateurs.
we the president (etc) have seen to it that xxx was examined by the team of examiners.
My point, entre autres, étant que le verbe 'have caused' a pour sujet "We, the President..etc."
