agree  Adrian MM.: entitled refers to an 'intitulment' namely a header // B D Finch's point: the within-entitled turn of phrase has been perfectly good English legal drafting IMO for about 400 years cf. the 'within-written conveyance of land' e.g. set out in this deed.

neutral  B D Finch: Almost agree, but you've omitted "within". The source is either bad English or EN-US that I'm unfamiliar with. I understand it to mean "the case referred to herein".
