Reference: dixit Cameron: Reference information: "I wanted to shoot Titanic like a Terminator movie. I wanted it to have the subjective immediacy of my other films, like The Abyss or Aliens, where you're inside this thing. I wanted to put the audience inside the Titanic, so we used sweeping Steadicam shots moving through corridors. It's as if the Titanic really existed today and we could take it out to sea and fly around it with a helicopter, shooting with a Wescam or something like that to get these beautiful shots." |
