Explanation:
De mon expérience de comédienne amateur, on dit bien les trois même quand il s'agit juste d'un caméscope et d'un comédien et qu'il n'y a pas de lumières proprement dites à gérer!
Et il me semble que lumière est au singulier mais je n'en suis pas absolument certaine.

Les metteurs en scène disent : "Lumière", (pour demander l'éclairage), puis "silence", pour réclamer le silence, puis "moteur !" pour demander qu'on mette la caméra en route, ainsi que le magnétophone.
Le preneur de son répond alors "ça tourne" pour indiquer que la prise de son est opérationnelle.
Ensuite, le clapiste annonce la scène et donne un coup de clap, puis se retire. Alors le metteur en scène dit : "Action!" et les acteurs commencent à jouer.
