Please note that the term 'schedule' here is nothing to do with timing; this less-common usage in EN refers to some kind of list, cf. e.g. ''cable scedule' = 'carnet de câbles'; we also have a 'schedule' to e.g. an insurance policy.

The 'conduite' refers to the timing of 'what happens when' — usually, the 'prompt script' or 'stage manager's script', more colloquially 'the book'; individual technical services (LX, sound, stage) may of course have their own 'plots' with more detail relevant only to themesleves. Note that here, the use of 'plot' involving a temporal element is different again from the other kind of plot, which is basically just a set of instructions / plans etc. showing where to place lighting fixtures, etc. It may of course also INCLUDE the timing 'script' as well.

Adrien's Capitole theatre reference is very helpful, but skirts around the actual term needed here. Here is an extract describing exactly what this line-set schedule ie used for:

« Le travail du machiniste en scène commence avec l’implantation du décor d’après les plans du bureau d’études. Il équipe, place et teste les différents systèmes prévus pour les changements et les apparitions. »

Yes, but in modern stage engineering, the 'bars' (= 'porteuses') have largely been replaced by one-off localized hoists (what in the olden days we would have called a 'spot line') controlled individually by electric motors that can be computer-controlled to do very sophisticated things ('ponctuels' in Adrien's Capitole theatre ref.).
Back in my theatre days, when most houses were still using 'bars' and 'counterweights', we'd have called this a 'hanging plot' — indeed, that earlier term might help Asker in her research.

Thank you all for your comments, they are very helpful. I think Tony & Adrien are right, it has something to do with the scenery. I'll try to find the proper word for this.

Il s'agit certainement de ce que l'on nomme les cintres dans un théâtre avec leurs porteuses. Ici il doit donc s'agir du descriptif de leur agencement.

Please note that specific technical terms exist in FR for these 'plots'.

Please also note that « la conduite » is ALSO a technical document (just not the right one here, as it happens!), and has nothing to do with 'conduite' in general! I would recommend you to do some research about theatre technical terminology in order to better understand this specialist jargon.

La liste des choses à fournir contient plutôt des documents techniques. Dans cette phrase, il y a aussi le "light plot" (plans et instructions pour les lumières=conduite éclairage), "sound plot" (plans et instructions pour le son=conduite son) etc.
