Notes to answerer
Asker: Réponse du client: “rollback restore” is a restore operation that restores a volume or data from a snapshot which is provided by some third-party NAS or RAID devices. In other words, it is a kind of point-in-time restore by applying volume-snapshots created d by third-party device. Some database applications may use this word for database restore operation by rolling back an uncommit transaction. “restore” is a common noun. It covers any type of restore operations.

rollback restore
reprise avec retour arrière

Explanation:

neutral  Daryo: question should definitely be the whole of "point-in-time rollback restore" if not even "DB2 point-in-time rollback restore" // as for getting a reliable translation, you would need to look under the bonnet of this software, check how it works!
