"récolte" doesn't sound too good, I thought of "moisson", would there be a better term, or do we mention it at all?

S'il ne s'agit pas de la liste des ingrédients mais bien de l'étiquette (avec une idée, disons, marketing), on voit souvent dans les magasin bio la mention "des moissons", ou "premières moissons". ex: "blé complet, premières moissons", "pain des moissons", etc.
