'To blitz' signifie généralement juste 'utiliser le mixer'. De toute façon, un mixer tourne de vite à très vite, il n'y a pas d'usage à vitesse lente.

En FR il y aura différents mots pour traduire, selon l'utilisation exacte... ici, c'est hacher : 'hachez au mixer le poisson et les crevettes' ou 'hachez le poisson et les crevettes dans un mixer'

Le deuxième 'blitz' doit se traduire différemment, quelque chose comme 'mixez jusqu'à obtenir une pâte homogène'
