Time light

I can't find any occurrence of a type of lights that would be called "time lights".

What EXACTLY is said in your ST? "timed lights"?

Can you give the full sentence and the previous sentence?

Also, you can have TWO completely different types of "timers":

--- One type that will switch off the lights after a fixed time interval of "nothing happening" [the point is in saving energy], or

--- Another type of timer that will keep automatically switching the lights ON and OFF at pre-programmed times during the day, or during the week, [the point being usually to give an impression that an empty property is occupied]
