Mon texte traite du calcul énergétique de pompes à chaleur. Dans un paragraphe concernant le calcul du COP, il est indiqué :
The meaning of the 2nd Principle efficiency can be clearly explained the following way: the higher the 2nd Principle efficiency, the closer the performances of the actual heat pump at the considered operating conditions, compared with the ideal heat pump at the same operating conditions.
Il est bien entendu fait référence au second principe de la thermodynamique. Mais peut-on parler de "rendement" du 2nd principe ?
