Our fresh damage detector is a unique system that helps to identify whether a batch of potatoes has been damaged during lifting and handling. The reliable and quick test allows growers to manage their processes accordingly. Results are available in just 30 seconds.

How does it work?
We provide our unique non toxic colourant
Pour all of the non toxic colourant into 10 litres of water and stir well
The water will turn blue
Take a sample of potatoes and immerse into the blue water for 30 seconds.
Take the potatoes out and check for any blue patches which indicates fresh damages
