Tech/Engineering - Engineering: Industrial / vibration system for manufacturing concrete blocks
English term or phrase: position monitored...
The vibration system is built using four side by side motors and vibration units. These generate the vibration force with four independent but position monitored unbalanced bodies. Each of these axes is driven by a Beckhoff servo drive motor. Two axes are rotated in unison by 180 degrees. Thus, the resulting centrifugal forces are balanced and the vibration table is completely quiet (Zero vibration).
