English term or phrase: upside leverage
Upside Leverage
the upside leverage investors get because of our tight focus on just a few products
Coreen
French translation:potentiel de hausse
Explanation:
Leverage is one of those terms which is used and abused in English PR-marketing speak, so much so that the literal "levier" translation into French most often doesn't fit anymore.
Basically, what is said here is that investors get a lot of upside potential (potentiel de hausse) because of the focus on just a few products. End of story.

avantage/bénéfice pour les investisseurs (à levier?)

Explanation:

I wonder whether the phrase should be parsed this way:
the upside [leverage investors] get because of our tight focus[...]

In other words, I wonder whether "leverage investors" shouldn't be considered as one unit.

If so, then there's the problem of translating "leverage investor" which, according to the LGDT, might be translated two way: an investor who works through leveraging (borrowing), an investor who seeks both dividends and interest).

See, below, from the LGDT for "leverage investment company":

Leveraged investment company ou presque, disions-nous, car il y a une exception, ou plutôt une demi-exception dans le cas de la leveraged investment company. Downes et Goodman définissent ainsi les deux sens de cette expression : « 1. open-end investment company, or mutual fund, that is permitted by its charter to borrow capital from a bank or other lender. « 2. dual-purpose investment company, which issues both income and capital shares. Holders of income shares receive dividends and interest on investments, whereas holders of capital shares receive all capital gains on investments. In effect each class of shareholder leverages the other ».
nature.

Note(s) :
((La SICAV est)) encore appelée « (société de) fonds mutuel » dans certains textes canadiens.
