with no discernible links between them nor to anything else, and as the only clue "Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / Audit" - THAT makes for an interesting starting point for a guessing game, not much more.

Getting to a usable / reasonably reliable suggestion for a translation requires a bit more, but "context" seems to a strange / weird / dirty (?) word ...

OTOH the concept of "materiality" when it comes to auditing - considered on its own - is fairly easy to decipher - 5 sec Googling:

Je suis d'accord. D'autant que le mélange verbe/adjectif/substantif ne rend pas l'extrait bien limpide. Dans le contexte d'un audit, les possibilités sont nombreuses:
- modifications de l'importance relative (de la mission d'audit...)
- modifications de la significativité (d'un ratio, d'un poste/item/élément...
- ajustement, évolution du caractère substantiel (de l'échantillonnage,...)
- révisions de la pertinence...

This appears to be just a list, and as such, I don't know from this context what the thing is whose materiality is at issue.
