Asker: Mon doute sur le terme vient du fait que cette société est une société de gestion d'actifs qui gèrent des portefeuilles de clients, effectue des investissements etc.. donc je pensais plus à "intermédiaire' sur le marché etc....

agree  Germaine: En fait, l'expression consacrée est "intermédiaire de marché", tout simplement. Et "médiateur sur le marché..." = 0 Ghit (bien que le terme "médiateur" puisse désigner l'AMF dans certains contextes).
