I hardly think it is polite to refer to 'pinailler'! We are all here trying to help you, and the key illustration was the one showing a close-up of the cross-section of the egg. You might have said they were Cadbury's eggs in the first place, though I had guessed as much from the description.
But I really don't think it is very courteous to criticize people who are only trying to help you.

No, in fact, your link points to a whole page of image search results, not to this one particular image. Special care is needed when attempting to paste search results in order to ensure you do actually post the specific single result, rather than a whole page of them.

It is all a question of emphasis: these are primarily chocolate eggs with a thin sugar coating; without the chocolate, the sugar coating would hardly exist as a (very fragile!) hollow shell; this is quite distinct from a sugar egg that could exist as a hollow object, but happens to be filled with a chocolate filling.
'Dragée' would not of course be applicable, and that's not what I said: I merely suggested that if you could find what term is used to describe 'dragées' as 'sugar-coated almonds', it might help you to find a term for 'sugar-coated chocolate eggs'

I think MCHD's solution sounds right to me — it's what I would have initially suggested even before seeing the photo.

No, that really wouldn't do at all! For one thing, the product being described on the front and back of the same packet is presumably the same, whereas your suggested translation makes it sound like 2 quite different things.

There is a big difference between 'sugar eggs filled with chocolate' and 'chocolate eggs with sugar coating' — think of sweets like Smarties or M&Ms to get an idea what they are like. So the 'crisp sugar shell' is quite thin, proportionately probably a bit like a real eggshell.

De plus, la description sur l'avant du paquet se doit d'être courte et directe. Il me semble que "recouverts" ou "enrobés de sucre craquant" convient bien à l'arrière du paquet mais moins à l'avant.
"Glacé: recouvert d'une couche de sucre transparent" (LePetitRobert) J'opte toujours pour cette solution (bien qu'on ait un petit problème avec transparent).

Je pense que "mini" n'est pas nécessaire, il ne fait que alourdir la description déjà beaucoup plus lourde qu'en anglais (et n'est pas indiqué dans la langue source).

Your draft translation seems to gloss over the 'sugar-coated' aspect, and at least to me as a non-native speaker of FR appears to suggest they are chocolate-coated, which is not the case.
