C'est pour une émission de décoration canadienne (en anglais). Il y a des 'kitchen islands' (îlots) mais aussi des 'kitchen peninsulas' (plus grandes j'imagine, mais aussi collées au mur), mais je n'arrive pas à trouver le terme correct.

Asker: J'ai vu moi aussi cette expression, mais ce qui m'embête c'est que ça me fait penser à se garer en épi... Alors qu'ici, elle colle la fameuse péninsule. C'est comme un comptoir, un plan de travail très long.
