Translucide : Qui est perméable à la lumière, la laisse passer, mais ne permet pas de distinguer nettement les objets ( Le Petit Robert)

Je ne pense pas qu'il soit nécessaire d'ajouter "givré", car le terme "translucide" laisse entendre que le verre est givré.
