Reference information:
it's a bit like the number of times you must use the ticket before you can cash it in.
I guess it's poker cos it says 300 flops (second reference)
You have to see 300 flops and by see they mean bet in order to see the flop, not pass and then watch other players see the flop while you are sitting at the table (that would be 300 hands).
I'll leave others to work out how to say this in French
