English term or phrase: popping back
hi. How can popping back be translated ? thank you very much ; It isn't on the wordreference dictionary. There is popping but not popping back

she took off through the fence, she closed it ; the possessed human beings were running after her ; she went to the kitchen door ; she was going in and was yelling to her husband to help her close it really quick and lock it ; she realized all of a sudden that the doornob was not on it ; there was the circle, the hole, and the lock wasn’t on it ; so it kept slamming, popping back ♩ then all of a sudden ,there was a baby gate right there

elle est partie par la clôture, elle l'a fermée ; les humains possédés lui couraient après ; elle s'est rendue à la porte d ' la cuisine ; elle entrait et criait à son mari de l'aider à la fermer très vite et à la verrouiller ; elle a réalisé tout d'un coup qu 'la poignée de porte était pas dessus ; il y avait le cercle, le trou, et la serrure n'était pas dessus ; alors ,ça n'arrêtait pas de claquer, de revenir ; puis tout d'un coup ,une barrière de sécurité pour bébé apparut juste là ;

it kept slamming, popping back

ça n'arrêtait pas de claquer, de revenir

Explanation:

Je pense. Popping up is "ouvrir", like an egg or a cracker that pops up. Here, because there is no latch, the door keeps popping back, back meaning the opposite of closing down.
