neutral  SJLD: sorry, but how does this relate to "palmar creases"?/palmar creases = plis palmaires pas crêtes. D'ailleurs, je ne trouve pas d'autres réfs à "polypsalidie".

"bridged palmar crease" also known as the "Sydney crease", although I have found 2 different definitions for this.

In any case, the "bridged palmar crease" is a variant of the single palmar crease or Simian crease (old terminology).
