“Bedroom-rated” policies are, as the name implies, based on the number of bedrooms within your house.

Assurance immeuble calculée sur le nombre de chambre.
Les polices d’assurance « calculées sur le nombre de chambre », comme le nom l’indique, sont basées sur le nombre de chambre.

My solution seems so redundant, I cannot find any equivalant cause the insurance system is different in France. Anything else creative to offer? :)

Dans une telle situation, les montants prévus aux articles 29.1a et 29.1c sont fixés au prorata du nombre de chambres, les redevances de l'article 29.1b sont applicables et la prime d'assurance de l'article 29.1d est fixée selon la facturation du courtier du gestionnaire."
