J'ai traduit par "Aucune déclaration de sinistre accumulée pour la période " mais je ne suis pas du tout sûre que ce soit la bonne traduction.

Par ailleurs (et cela n'a pas de rapport avec ma question, mais c'est juste une remarque, je trouve un peu étrange qu'une confirmation d'assurance fasse état d'un contrat d'assurance résilié...

En tout cas, votre aide est vivement souhaitée !

* It should read "No claims", which is a cursive way of saying "no claims bonuses" and would be better expressed as:
"Accumulated no claims";
* There's a missing "as", i.e. it should read "are as follows".

Asker: yes, thank you so much, I had actually figured out the real meaning on looking at it again, as I had to send it off within the hour. The mistakes are due to the fact that it is just an email. I finally translated it as : bonus (BNS) accumulés pour la période. But your translation is probably better!
