The important nuance is that it's not about the "security" in the sense that these keys are difficult to steal (although that is also important), but they are difficult to guess

like the difference between keeping your password in a safe (or in your head, instead of on a sticker on your monitor) and using a password no one can guess - both aspects are about "security" of the password.
