Au sujet d'une "failure to pay", phrase :
"Owner shall, (if such default is not a failure to make a proper payment to X, and is not susceptible of being cured within 30 days, promptly commence to cure the default ..."
Dans le LGDT je trouve "purger le défaut", que je trouve bon.
Mais dans la vie juridique réelle, qu'en est-il ? Et ici je ne m'adresse qu'à ceux qui connaissent.
