il s'agit d'un contrat de vente et je ne connais pas le sens de l'expression en objet. Voici le reste de la phrase :

In the event of any breach of obligations by the Seller under this Agreement that has been notified in accordance with Section 6, the Seller has the right, within a period of 30 calendar days after receipt of the Purchaser's notice, to make the Purchaser whole by creating, at the Seller's own expense, the position which would have existed if the alleged breach would not have occurred.
