il s'agit de la traduction d'un contrat, je ne vois pas comment traduire ici le terme en objet. Voici le passage :

There are at the date hereof no disturbances, grievances or claims pending or to the knowledge of Seller threatened by the Transferred Employees.

À la date des présentes, il n’existe aucune menace de trouble, de grief ou de réclamation en suspens ou à la connaissance du Vendeur de la part des Employés transférés.
