Dear All,

Je traduis un contrat de coopération entre cabinets d'avocats et de droit fiscal. J'ai un souci avec l'expression suivante :

XXX and YYY are parties to the BFA (Best friend agreement) under which they have agreed a non exclusive basis of cooperation between the Global Tax Practice and YYY in relation to the provision of tax services.

Plus loin dans le texte suit la définition :

“Global Tax Practice” means the tax practices of XXX member firms which, either individually or in collaboration with each other, provide services to clients, but not including KPMGI which provides no tax or other services to clients.

S'agit-il de cabinets de droit fiscal à l'international ? Ou de Pratiques fiscales à l'international ?
