Bon je ne suis pas très sûr de moi pour "dual or sole signatory authority". D'autre part, si quelqu'un a une idée de tournure élégante pour la phrase complète, je suis preneur, parce que je ne la trouve pas évidente =)

In certain countries, signatory authority must be established by comply with rights granted to signatory Authority pursuant to trade/commercial register or power of attorney (dual or sole signatory right).

neutral  Germaine: "signature right" se traduit généralement par "signature" (tout court) et on parle d'une signature unique ou plurale (il peut y en avoir + que 2, malgré la connotation de "dual"). En FR, "collective à deux", non... je ne crois pas. // Outch!
