there is a very strong presumption that the "relevance" of the employee here is about some rules (defined elsewhere in the ST) applying or not to this employee (= these rules being "relevant" for that employee).

So "concerné" or "visé" is the "obvious" choice. Still it would be preferable to be 100% sure by checking if it's compatible with the rest of the text.

Yes, as AllegroTrans says, this is a defined term and its meaning is fully explained in the definition. That being the case, almost any correct translation of "relevant" would work, because it's the definition and not the term itself that carries the meaning.

With defined terms, I lean towards very close translations (often but not always word for word), with a focus on succinctness. So here I would go with whatever word you want for employee (Employé or Collaborateur) + pertinent.
