neutral  Germaine: Je suis d'accord sur le sens, mais je n'utiliserais pas "pour ordre" ou "p.o." qui, dans ma tête en tout cas, a la connotation "commande/purchase order". Ici, on écrit simplement "Par :"

agree  Laurent Di Raimondo: Oui. Mais sur un contrat de travail, on verra plutôt la mention : "Par délégation" (un DRH dispose d'une délégation à cet effet).
