English term or phrase: No Employment Agreement
I agree this Agreement does not purport to set out all the terms and conditions of my employment with the Company.
Without limitation, I acknowledge that, as an employee of the Company I am required to comply with Company policies in force from time to time during my employment, and that I may have obligations to the Company (including fiduciary obligations), which policies and obligations are not set out in this Agreement.
I agree that any subsequent change or changes in my duties, salary or other compensation will not affect the validity or scope of this Agreement.
I agree that nothing in this Agreement confers any right with respect to continuation of employment with the Company, nor does it interfere in any way with my right, or the Company's right, to terminate my employment at any time, with or without cause.

no employment agreement
Contrat de non-emploi

Explanation:

Explanation:
This seems to me a rather mind-boggling document; but if it corresponds indeed to one of the sub-paragraphs of an Employment Contract or of a Service Contract, I think it could be about the definition of the restrictive conditions of the terms and conditions of employment (??)

neutral  AllegroTrans: I don't think it's about restrtictive T&Cs, it's simply saying that THIS agreement (about some aspects of the job) is not an employment contract, which is a separate document// No, not even that but a separate document entirely asfaik

-> Understood... So it sounds like Employment Contract Annex or Appendix?
