La notion de titre « délivré » par l’INPI s’entend d’un titre déposé à l’INPI et dont la délivrance ou l’enregistrement a été ou sera publié au bulletin officiel de la propriété industrielle (BOPI).

En cas de défaut de protection (voir page ci-dessous), un dispositif de reconnaissance est mis en place. S'il existe un dispositif similaire aux USA,
"Enforcing... in" pourrait peut-être se traduire par "reconnaissance".

  -> Je crois que cela correspond à ce que j'ai mis : délivrance (obtaining) puis enregistrement. En France, la délivrance du brevet correspond à la dernière étape de la procédure, et le brevet constitue en soi un titre.
